Variant 1 – Live Cooking “World of Steaks”

For meat lovers, we have prepared an exceptional show during which our Chef presents various preparation and cooking techniques.
It is an intense, aromatic journey through the world of top-quality meats.

Show Menu:

Rib Eye beef steak – dry-aged, served with herb butter and Maldon salt
Beef tenderloin steak – classic filet mignon with crushed pepper
Beef rib-eye steak – marinated in herbs

Sides:

rosemary roasted potatoes

grilled vegetables

three sauces: pepper, demi-glace, chimichurri

Duration: approx. 1.5 hours
Price: prepared individually based on the number of guests

Variant 2 – Live Cooking “Italian Show”

An elegant four-course Italian cooking performance.
A true treat for lovers of Italian cuisine. This is not just dinner — it is a theatrical presentation where the leading roles are played by fresh ingredients and classic techniques.

Show Menu:

Antipasto: Tomato carpaccio with burrata, truffle oil and fresh basil
Primo: Parmesan risotto with white whine and spinach
Secondo: Beef tagliata with rosemary, rocket and Parmesan
or
Chicken alla piccata with lemon and capers
Dolce: Tiramisu
 

Variant 3 – Live Cooking with Sturgeon in the Leading Role

A three-course premium fish show.
For lovers of refined cuisine, we have prepared a special menu in which sturgeon — one of the noblest fish — plays the main role. During the show, our Chef will present various preparation techniques, showcasing its versatility and elegance.

Show Menu:

Sturgeon tartare – delicate, fresh, served in a modern style
Pan-fried sturgeon with asparagus (seasonal, off season - other vegetables) – aromatic and light main course with a spring character
Signature sturgeon dish – prepared according to the Chef’s own interpretation

Suggested Sides:

cauliflower purée with a hint of butter
young leaf salad with lemon vinaigrette
roasted potatoes with dill

This variant will delight both fish connoisseurs and guests seeking elegant, light and expressive cuisine — ideal for intimate business meetings and prestigious events.
