The highlight of the DOUBLE DELUXE double room is the comfortable bed with a width of 180 cm—so you can enjoy a restful night’s sleep.
DOUBLE DELUXE rooms also offer a beautiful view: either of the Vistula River and a road bridge beautifully illuminated in the evenings, or of the Old Town (Starówka). The room design reflects the building’s former military purpose—an historic structure, the Racławickie Barracks (Koszar Racławickich), built in 1819–1822 for the Prussian army. Thick walls and interesting window recesses, and on the highest floor windows shaped like so-called “ox-eyes,” emphasize the history of the building, which forms part of the so-called Toruń Fortress (Twierdzy Toruń).
DOUBLE DELUXE rooms are spacious; in most of them you can comfortably accommodate an extra bed, and sometimes even two.
The elegant, roomy bathroom is equipped with a shower or a bathtub, a washbasin, and a toilet.

For coffee and tea, please visit the hotel restaurant. For environmental reasons, we have done away with kettles in the rooms—to reduce the amount of electronics waste generated by the hotel. If you really need a kettle, we invite you to contact the reception, where you can borrow one.
Since the Hotel Bulwar opened, all light sources in the rooms have been energy-saving LED bulbs. In winter, we heat the hotel using energy from heat pumps.
